Return & Refund Policy

At Sunday Rue, we want you to be happy with your order. Please read our return and refund policy below before making a purchase.

14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If you are entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal, you may notify us that you wish to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.

To start a return, please contact us at sundayrue.co@gmail.com before sending anything back. We will provide you with return instructions and the appropriate return address.

Please do not send returns directly to Gelato or any other production partner.

Return Shipping

If you exercise your right of withdrawal or return an eligible item because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong size, or no longer want the item, you are responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

Original standard delivery costs will be refunded where required by applicable consumer law. Additional delivery costs resulting from choosing a more expensive shipping method, such as express delivery, may not be refundable.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us before returning it. Where your claim is valid, Sunday Rue will cover the necessary costs of resolving the issue, including return shipping where applicable.

Condition of Returned Items

You may inspect an item in the same way you reasonably would in a physical store.

You may be responsible for any reduction in the item's value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the item's nature, characteristics, and functioning.

We recommend keeping the product in its original condition until you have decided whether you wish to keep it.

Wrong Size or Change of Mind

Please check our size guide carefully before placing your order.

If you order the wrong size, change your mind, or simply no longer want an eligible product, you may use your applicable right of withdrawal.

You are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.

Personalized Products

The right of withdrawal may not apply to products that have been made according to your individual specifications or clearly personalized specifically for you, where permitted by applicable consumer law.

This does not affect your rights if the product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise does not conform to your order.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible at camillalouisemundeling@gmail.com.

Please include:

Your order number
A description of the problem
Clear photos showing the product and the issue

We will review your claim and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, refund, or other remedy.

Our production partner Gelato asks that quality issues be reported within 30 days of receiving the product, so we recommend contacting us as soon as you discover a problem.

Refunds

Once an eligible return has been received and assessed, we will process your refund in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Approved refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.

Where required by law, the refund will include the original standard delivery cost. If you selected a more expensive delivery option, such as express shipping, the additional cost may not be refundable.

Lost Packages

If you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact us at sundayrue.co@gmail.com with your order number.

We will investigate the shipment and work with our shipping and production partners to determine the appropriate solution.

Orders Returned by the Carrier

If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, failure to collect the package, or another issue attributable to the customer, additional shipping costs for resending the order may be charged to the customer where permitted by applicable law.
